The scheme comprised of approximately 2000 sq meters of Mineral Wool EWI by Permarock.

The original construction is ‘Wimpey, No Fines’. This construction type can be problematic due to the methods of construction. Essentially the buildings were constructed by site formed shuttering and ‘No Fines’ concrete mix poured in. Holes and voids in the concrete are not-uncommon

A preparatory works package was undertaken for Herefordshire housing was also undertaken by GPD, including structural concrete repairs.

The project was completed in 2014.
