90mm Wetherby EWI was installed to a Victorian stable block to satisfy building regulation requirements, finished in 1.5mm Textured Silicone K top coat.
Current building regulations stipulate a U value requirement for walls of 0.3 W/m2K. On Solid wall- properties, the required EPS Insulation to achieve this is 90mm thick.
The overall EWI system thickness when Render is added is nominally 96-98mm (just under 4 inches for those of us still dealing in ‘old money’)
