GPD will be providing lime render and period detailing at the Alban House in Hereford city centre.

The project also includes the adjoining High Town development. This consists of applying around 500m2 of Weber MT Silicone Render to a metal frame construction.

Albany House will see removal and disposal of the existing render system and a paint removal before the new renovation works can begin.

Heritage approved lime render materials by Tellings, who will provide new render and plasters for repairs to the period mouldings and string courses.

The mixed use scheme is being developed by the Elevate Property Group. We are pleased to again be working with CJ Bayliss Ltd.

All areas will be finished with compliant breathable silicate paint.

Works have begun on-site and will be completed this summer.
