Monocouche in an EWI application

In general terms, when considering Monocouche Through Colour Scratch Render, the following applies:

  • Monocouche Weber Pral M is a one coat scratch render: cementitious, weather resistant, external decorative, through coloured render, suitable for most types of brick or blockwork
  • Available in a wide range of colours
  • Weberpral M has been awarded an A+ Green Guide rating, as defined in the BRE Global 2008 Green Guide to specification
  • Cost effective


Generally this applies to new build projects and can be used within both domestic & commercial schemes.

Monocouche Scratch Render is a new build render only product.

Applied to concrete blocks, this product is becoming very popular in the UK, it is common on the continent. To date GPD have avoided this product but have recently decided to make more effort to secure work. Improved awareness of us offering this is important going forward.
