After commencing works in spring, the Crowngate project in Worcester city centre has been completed.

We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to help deliver this exciting development within our home city, which had been earmarked for rejuvenation for some time.

The facade, which was designed by multinational architects Chapman Taylor, returns a historic feel to this area of the city. Crown Estates, who own the shopping centre, commissioned the ADI Group to deliver the renovation works.

Working with these companies, we supplied and installed the non-combustible EWI system by STO Ltd.

The systems by STO provided two significant solutions to the project. Their mineral wool EWI system delivered a major increase to the thermal performance of the building. This will see a reduction in energy bills for commercial and domestic tenants alike.

The second involved the use of deco profiles, used to create the heritage style design of the facade.
